SAN FRANCISCO — To tackle massive budget deficits, the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority may ask city voters to raise vehicle registration fees, charge households for a "transportation utility fee," raise parcel and sales taxes, or hike off-street parking rates, reported The Examiner.
