HONOLULU — In an interview with Hawaii Business magazine, Andrew Robbins, executive director/CEO of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) talks about his role as 'one of the most controversial public officials in the state" and his belief in Oahu's 20-mile rail transit project.

Robbins also talks about plans to manage disruption to the Downtown area during construction, ridership projections and the challenges of building in the "middle of the Pacific Ocean."
