The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has launched myRTCpara, a tool to improve the online trip management process for paratransit certified customers and caretakers.
The myRTCpara website can book new trips, track vehicles, check existing reservations, access estimated pick-up times and more.
“The launch of myRTCpara is another way we are improving access, convenience and equity for one of the most vulnerable populations we serve,” said MJ Maynard, RTC CEO. “We encourage our paratransit customers and their caretakers to take advantage of this new tool that allows them to access and manage trip information in real time.”
myRTCpara can also provide customers vehicle number, ride notifications through email, trip history and account information.
The service is currently available on web browsers on computers, tablets and smartphones. The RTC is developing a myRTCpara mobile app, which is planned to debut by fall 2021.
