N.Y. state grant enabling free paratransit service

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — YNN reported that a New Freedom Program 5317 grant from the New York State Department of Transportation will enable Community Action of Orleans and Genesee County to provide a free transportation program for individuals with disabilities and elderly residents of Genesee County with proper medical documentation.
