Allied Specialty Vehicles names new COO

Allied Specialty Vehicles Inc. (ASV) announced Marcus Berto as its new chief commercial officer for all product lines worldwide.

Berto will be based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Orlando, Fla. and work directly with each business unit president and head of sales to solidify various pricing strategies in domestic and international markets.

Previously, Berto was with Prumo Global Logistics SA in Brazil, where he served as CEO and member of the company’s executive board.

Berto also previously served as a principal with LMB Consulting, providing financial and M&A advice to companies in Brazil.
