SinglePoint, Passengera align to provide infotainment platform

Posted on February 21, 2017

Mobile Wi-Fi provider, SinglePoint Communications, partnered with Passengera, a Prague-based technology provider that delivers onboard infotainment platform for transportation operators. The powerful passenger infotainment solution will be on display at SinglePoint’s booth #720 at the 2017 UMA Expo in St. Louis.

This premium passenger engagement platform from Passengera is an all-in-one modular platform with useful automated features coupled with clear pricing to meet basic needs of any transport provider. It can also be customized to meet high demands of larger transport providers. The system can contain defined Infotainment modules, in-vehicle hardware, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet connectivity, all in one box.

Passengera’s central cloud based management platform simplifies fleet and content management and is highly scalable. With a plethora of features, Passengera’s solution provides a business and communication platform between transport operators and their passengers. Passengera goes beyond just providing Wi-Fi on board by opening new revenue generating opportunities and providing details about passengers’ needs and interests.

“Passengera’s approach to the passenger transportation market is brilliant. Not only is their customer engagement portal beautiful, but the content is relevant, entertaining, and informative. Transportation operators looking to keep their passengers engaged and informed during their trips will be thrilled with what this solution offers,” SinglePoint Communications CEO Rob Taylo said. “By combining either existing vehicle Wi-Fi infrastructure tethered to Passengera’s media server, or using their all-in-one platform, you can now deliver valuable things like scheduling information, ebooks, stream music, movies, news, interactive travel guides, points of interest information along routes, and more. I cannot wait to grow this market with Passengera and change the experience for passengers in America.”
