NEW YORK — A Travelocity-type aggregation website for intercity bus travel allows users to enter their destination and do a side-by-side comparison of the prices and travel times offered by different bus companies. The New York-based startup, Bustripping, which launched in late May, generates revenue through a 3% to 15% commission on ticket sales, advertising on the site and selling data to companies for targeted advertising, according to a Crain's New York Business report.

While the company has partnered with 15 bus companies, larger ones like Greyhound aren't ready to join, the website's CEO Ben Silverstein said, adding that he is confident they would come around. For the full story, click here.
