Under the terms of the contract, FLT and Innovative Paradigms will work with local stakeholders to develop a plan that brings public transit and social service agencies together to deliver enhanced transportation services.

Under the terms of the 10-year, $422 million contract, MV will manage and operate the paratransit services, beginning with 11 vehicles on eight routes.

The new routes will be served by accessible, kneeling buses equipped with a flip-ramp or lift.
