PHILADELPHIA — Bus drivers are urging Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) to reposition outside rearview mirrors, saying they create a blind spot that endangers pedestrians, especially during left turns, philly.com reported. Three pedestrians were killed in 63 accidents with SEPTA buses in 2012.
