NEWARK, N.J. — An Assemblywoman is sponsoring a measure that calls for NJ Transit to give refund passengers who are stuck on a delayed commuter rail or light rail train for more than an hour, New Jersey 101.5 reports.
Under terms of the legislation, monthly pass holders would get a prorated amount refunded while single-ticket holders would get their money back. Refunds will not be issued in the case of a police event. For the full story, click here.
