Metrolink showed its train riders how much they are appreciated by sharing a little Valentine’s Day love on its fifth-annual Customer Appreciation Day.
“Every decision at Metrolink we make with the customer in mind,” said Larry McCallon, Metrolink board chair. “I frequently take the San Bernardino Line train to and from Los Angeles. Each time, I ride not only with the perspective of a policy maker but also, and just as importantly, a passenger. We appreciate all our riders, and it was a tremendous experience hearing their feedback today.”
Station public address systems played classic love songs with a twist. Familiar melodies contained Metrolink-inspired lyrics that further emphasized the agency’s love for its customers.
