Teleferico do Alemao - Rio

Another view of the proposed East River Skyway that would alleviate congestion on the L subway line and connect Brooklyn and Queens to Manhattan, and create access to the Brooklyn Navy Yards.

Each phase would cost between $75 million and $125 million, according to the proposal.

Other large cities throughout the world have built gondola systems, including the Emirates Air Line in London.
