Mobile surveillance solutions provider Seon Design Inc. released a new version of its video data management software solution: The vMax Commander. The software helps transportation authorities lower the administration requirements of managing the onboard video and telematics data from their fleet. It also increases operational efficiency by giving fleet managers the ability to acquire critical data quickly and easily. Automated wireless downloading gives managers instant access to video events, monitors multiple vehicles and receives alarmed notifications. A transportation authority can administer the video for its entire fleet with one software interface, benefit from the convenience of remote configuration, and view video data live over a Web-based or GPRS network.
Features include automated system-wide health monitoring and Health-Check, a preventive maintenance tool. vMax Commander integrates with Seon DVRs and the Smart-Reach wireless solution.
