Frisco Transit Center Opens in Colorado

ManagementPhotos 7

The Frisco Transit Center is a new 3,500-square foot-transit hub located in Colorado.

Riders have access to local amenities and resources by providing accessible parking with electric charge capabilities. The site includes seven standard bus bays, four EV charging stations, 162 standard parking spots, and shuttle parking.

Building materials used are durable long-term materials that are low maintenance for operational staff along with sustainable landscaping surrounding the facility. The in-slab concrete heating around the building provides an automated system to offset low staff availability during imminent weather (no snow shoveling) along with low-impact maintenance, including a rooftop photovoltaic (PV) panel to promote sustainable building practices.
