SORTA transfers fed rail funds to streetcar project

Will apply $268,278 of its remaining funding from a federal grant to the Cincinnati Streetcar. The money is left over from a $876,762 rail-related grant that was awarded to the agency in 1996 that must be used or would be forfeited and no other regional projects qualify for the funds.
