David Armstrong is VP and GM for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division, North America.providing mission-critical and business-critical software solutions to governments and service providers in public safety, security, defense, utilities, communications, and transportation infrastructure sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and the University of New Brunswick with a M.Sc.Eng. in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering.
