In his new role, Frank will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic expansion plans for CHK America’s digital assets and for executing its sales process from initiation to closing. Charged with crafting product presentations for its  Connectpoint® Digital Bus Stops, Interactive Touchscreen Kiosks and Smart City digital signage, all based on the company’s proprietary software, Frank will collaborate with existing clientele and third party vendors as well as forge new relationships with municipalities throughout the U.S. to drive adoption of CHK America’s digital wayfinding products.

With over 20 years of transportation industry expertise to draw from, Frank joins CHK America from Integrated Systems Research Corp., a leading provider of technology solutions, where, for the past five years, he has served as VP, business development and government affairs. In that position, Frank was charged with directing the company’s global business development and government affairs, including spearheading efforts in delivery, support and project management; delivering complex intelligent transportation system projects; and in establishing the strategic partnerships necessary to win and deliver specific contracts.

Prior to his role at Integrated Systems Research Corp., Frank served as strategic solutions account executive at Trapeze Group, creators of software solutions and services for public transportation, school, taxi and non-emergency medical transportation providers.
