USSC names midwestern regional sales manager for U.S.

The United States Seating Co. (USSC) appointed Sonny Gordon as its new regional sales manager for the Midwestern U.S.

As part of the North American Transit Sales Team, Gordon joins the organization with 20 years of experience in the industry. He has served most recently as regional sales manager for Mobile View, at United Technologies, and national sales director for American Seating Co.

Prior to his career in sales, Gordon played professional football for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and in the Canadian Football League.

"We continue to experience remarkable growth for seating and fire suppression in the North American Transit market and that growth requires additional organizational talent,” said Raymond Melleady, executive VP at USSC. “Sonny truly understands the value of teamwork and is the perfect addition to our growing organization. His work ethic, knowledge of the industry, and background are well-suited to complement our growing team of sales professionals. He brings a record of accomplishment in sales and customer service and is well respected in the industry. He will be a tremendous asset to our existing and future customer base and I look forward to working with him to achieve our collective goals.”
