Delhi buses must use natural gas The deadline passed in May for all public transport vehicles in the Indian capital of Delhi to be converted to run on compressed natural gas. India's Supreme Court ordered half the city's 12,000 buses off the roads for continuing to produce diesel fumes. Japanese railway runs women-only trains West Japan Railway began running women-only cars during morning rush hours to protect women from gropers. The rail company will operate the cars -- off limits to men -- weekdays between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the western metropolis of Osaka. West Japan is the third railway to introduce such cars in recent years, as female passengers increasingly speak out against the groping that often occurs on Japan's jam-packed trains.
