Calif.-based Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) and Routematch are partnering to provide a mobile app for riders that will increase the ability for visitors and locals to enjoy area attractions easily and efficiently in Anaheim and the surrounding communities.
Operating through an exclusive franchise agreement with the City of Anaheim, ART provides shared public transportation services to and from local theme parks, sports venues, shopping destinations, performing arts centers and hotels throughout The Anaheim Resort® area.
ART operates fixed-route services in and around the resort, to local shopping in Costa Mesa and Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park. Approximately 9 million passengers are served annually via the organization’s fleet of 82 clean-fuel vehicles.

Through Routematch’s mobile application, passengers will be able to plan their trips, schedule on-demand ride services and purchase tickets for theme parks, sporting events and other local attractions.
“...we will be able to bring our customers a travel experience that will allow real-time passenger demand to area attractions as well as the ability to buy tickets to The Disneyland® Resort or other sporting events and venues seamlessly in a single mobile application,” stated Diana Kotler, ART Executive Director.
Routematch’s transit technology solutions range from demand-response and fixed-route to payments, mobility on demand, apps for riders and mobile ticketing.
