Alstom to Invest in Cybersecurity with Focus on Rail
Alstom invested approximately $117,000 in Campus Cyber SAS, a French company supporting the wider Paris “Campus Cyber” initiative. This investment strengthens Alstom’s ambition to lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide, as outlined in the company’s Alstom in Motion 2025 strategic plan.
As a shareholder, Alstom has now become an associate member of the campus, a center aimed at unifying the cybersecurity community and developing synergies between various industry players. Joining this campus will enhance existing rail systems’ cybersecurity capabilities and help drive the rail industry towards a cyber-safe future.

The “Campus Cyber”, located in La Défense (near Paris), will open in autumn 2021, and bring together industry, governments, academic and associations representatives under a single co-creation environment. Additional regional hubs are scheduled to open in the coming years.
The award was placed through ARBOC’s Canadian distributor, Creative Carriage Ltd., utilizing the Government of Ontario’s Metrolinx Transit Procurement Initiative. ARBOC plans to deliver the initial group of up to 30 buses in 2021 with the remaining 80 vehicles to be delivered in 2022.
REV Strikes Agreement to Further Enhance Supply Chain
REV Group® announced a multi-year agreement with Consus Global, the global procurement solutions integrator and services provider, to further drive supply base optimization, automation, productivity, and working capital value from the REV Supply Chain.
REV Group embarked on its sourcing and procurement transformation earlier this year, which included four appointments to REV’s global sourcing and supply chain team, representing the Fire & Emergency, Commercial, and Recreation segments. As part of the partnership with Consus, REV has implemented Ivalua, a leading provider of global Spend Management Cloud solutions, to achieve a more focused and faster source-to-contract cycle.

The region’s fixed-route system finished out the year with a total of 373.5 million rides. Adding 12.3 million rides over 2024 represents an increase that is equal to the annual transit ridership of Kansas City.
The service is a flexible, reservation-based transit service designed to close the first- and last-mile gaps and connect riders to employment for just $5 per day.
The upgraded system, which went live earlier this month, supports METRO’s METRONow vision to enhance the customer experience, improve service reliability, and strengthen long-term regional mobility.
The agreement provides competitive wages and reflects strong labor-management collaboration, positive working relationships, and a shared commitment to building a world-class transit system for the community, said RTA CEO Lona Edwards Hankins.
The priorities are outlined in the 2026 Board and CEO Initiatives and Action Plan, which serves as a roadmap to guide the agency’s work throughout the year and ensure continued progress and accountability on voter-approved transportation investments and essential mobility services.
