Motor Coach Industries (MCI) announced the leadership team of its new San Francisco Bay Area Sales and Service Center, which will hold its grand opening on November 14.
The leadership team consists of Mike Albertolle, manager of business development and service; Matthew Hiibel, service manager; Roland Schauer, shop supervisor; and Roman Bystron, parts supervisor.

Albertolle will be responsible for service center’s operations, sales growth, and customer service. He joins MCI from an 11-year position as director of services and facilities for a Bay Area motorcoach operator. Before that, he was Budget Rent a Car System’s fleet director for the Western United States and later Northern California market director.
Hiibel has held service manager positions with two trucking industry service providers. He will oversee estimates and manage work orders for repairs.
Schauer, who also worked for a Bay Area motor coach operator as a lead technician, technician supervisor, and maintenance facility manager for the past eight years, will supervise MCI technicians and manage their ongoing training.
Bystron, who has worked for three Bay Area Ford dealerships as assistant parts manager for the past 20 years, will be responsible for maintaining parts inventory and delivery.
The San Francisco Bay Area Sales and Service Center is located in Hayward, Calif., and specializes in repair and maintenance of all makes and models of intercity coaches and transit buses, including collision repairs, refurbishing, paint, body work, retrofits with OEM wheelchair lifts, and engine overhauls.
