DeMayo has spent the last decade traveling the world, living and working with a wide variety of clients on four continents. Most recently, DeMayo served as the director of European Operations for MV Global Transport Logistics (MVGTL) in Glasgow, Scotland. While at MVGTL, he worked to market the organization and secure new business; oversaw all project teams, including transportation services for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Scotland; and managed administrative duties such as budget development, billing, marketing, human resources management, and contract negotiations.

Prior to working with MVGTL, DeMayo was the bus services manager for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games in London, England.

From 2009 to 2012, DeMayo headed up a department that developed an intermodal transportation system across the United Kingdom. The system integrated rail, bus, shared car, and bike and walking paths, which helped alleviate daily congestion on roads with limited capacity.
