Setra, the motorcoach brand of DaimlerChrysler Commercial Buses, has rolled out its re-energized Customer Assistance Network (CAN). The CAN initiatives are the next step in bolstering support for Setra's S 417 motorcoaches and Dodge Sprinter shuttle buses. "Setra has long been committed to the North American motorcoach market," said Patrick Scully, chief commercial officer for DaimlerChrysler Buses North America. "When we introduced the Setra S 417 in 2003 we bolstered our service network, and now we are continuing this with other service initiatives to provide peace-of-mind product support to our growing customer base." All of the Setra CAN programs will be unveiled in 2006, starting with the introduction of the Setra CAN technical assistance call center, which opens on July 5.
