Rotary Lift revolutionized bus repair when it introduced the MOD30 environmentally friendly modular inground lift at EXPO 2002. Fast forward to EXPO 2014, and Rotary Lift is now unveiling the next generation of the MOD30 “Heavyweight Champion” lift: the MOD35 Series.

MOD30 has been the best-selling lift in its class for 12 years, with more than 1,100 installed. The MOD35 Series continues the “championship” reign by adding best-in-class lifting capacity and clear bay space, patent-pending pendant controls and a lower installation cost.

“Rotary Lift invented the modular inground lift, and now we’ve made it even better,” said Kirk Dawson, VP, heavy duty, Rotary Lift. “Through our continuous improvement efforts, the MOD35 includes all the features customers love about MOD30, plus enhancements they have requested. The result is a lift that is incredibly durable, cost-effective, user-friendly and fast to set up.”

MOD35’s modular design enables it to be customized for any application and location. It is available with two or three multi-stage hydraulic cylinders to provide lifting capacity of 70,000 lbs. to 105,000 lbs.
Rotary Lift has put the power of the MOD35 directly in the hands of technicians with a patent-pending new pendant-only control. This custom remote control replaces the traditional floor console, making it easy for technicians to operate the lift from anywhere in the bay.

Since all of the MOD35 lift’s control and communications functions are housed in the pendant, the electrical console can be mounted on a wall up to 200 feet away from the lift. As a result, facilities gain about five square feet of working area around each lift.

Rotary Lift has developed a patent-pending new installation method for the MOD35 that requires up to 25% less concrete. This means that the MOD35 can be installed more quickly and at a lower cost.
The Rotary Lift MOD35 Modular Heavy-Duty Inground Lift Series is made in the U.S. It is third-party tested and certified to meet the ANSI/ALI ALCTV 2011 safety and performance standard.
