S.D. paratransit to limit service to core area

Sioux Area Metro is struggling to accommodate growing demand for its paratransit system. City officials are proposing cutting the number of rides given each day from 650 to 550. After 550 rides are booked, those outside the core service area would have to schedule their rides for another day.
