ARBOC, Specialty Vehicles partner for low-floor, purpose-built trolleys
The new Trolley will be manufactured on the Freightliner XBA low-floor, rear-engine diesel chassis. This chassis was designed by ARBOC and is built by Freightliner exclusively for ARBOC.
ARBOC Specialty Vehicles and Specialty Vehicles of Henderson, Nev., have teamed together to produce and provide low-floor purpose built trolleys in the U.S. This new Trolley will be manufactured on the Freightliner XBA low-floor, rear-engine diesel chassis. This chassis was designed by ARBOC and is built by Freightliner exclusively for ARBOC.
Without manufacturer modification to the chassis, a full ARBOC body and Freightliner chassis warranty will be available for this type of unit.
Completion of the first trolley is slated for early 2017, with manufacturing taking place at the 115,000 square foot ARBOC factory in Middlebury, Ind. As the exclusive distributor, all domestic and international sales for the low-floor trolley will go through Specialty Vehiclein Henderson, Nev.
