Enhancing Transdev’s Safety Programs

In her new role, Cornell will lead safety operations across Transdev’s U.S. business, focusing on reducing incidents, enhancing driver safety programs, and integrating innovative safety solutions to ensure the well-being of employees and passengers. 

She will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and advancing safety best practices throughout the organization.

Cornell has a proven track record of success in her previous role as Global Fleet Safety Director at UPS, where she spearheaded the adoption of video telematics systems. This initiative resulted in a significant reduction in vehicle collisions and enhanced driver training programs. 

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Cornell excels in transforming complex safety challenges into strategic, actionable solutions.

Professional Leadership

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Cornell is dedicated to educating future safety leaders. She teaches safety science and ethics to college seniors, bridging the gap between theory and real-world application.
