Prior to joining Transdev, Sweat served more than 30 years at FedEx Express. In her position as operations regional VP at FedEx Express headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee, she was responsible for $5 billion in revenue, over 14,000 employees, and a fleet of more than 8,000 vehicles serving thousands of clients across the country each day.
In her most recent role, as VP of operations planning and engineering at FedEx Express, she was responsible for planning, budgeting, implementation of standards, and enhancement of efficiency for all U.S. operations at some 678 locations. This included routing, scheduling, and optimizing central hub locations (where packages are sorted) to meet service commitments for on-time performance.
