ABC Companies is launching its ABC FleetForward, a new initiative developed to reduce operational burdens and simplify service planning for fleet operators.
The program is led by Gage Kelly, who has recently been promoted to national service sales manager at ABC. His new role reflects the company’s commitment to putting customers first by developing solutions that directly address key service challenges, including unpredictable maintenance costs and the complexities of coordinating multiple vendors.
“ABC FleetForward is designed to simplify fleet maintenance through a turnkey solution that keeps vehicles on the road and allows operators to focus on what matters most — delivering reliable service to their passengers,” said Kelly. “By reducing the complexity of managing multiple service needs, we help improve uptime and deliver long-term value.”

The process enables ABC to design a tailored maintenance program centered on measurable outcomes, including reducing downtime, extending vehicle life, and enhancing overall fleet efficiency.

ABC’s New FleetForward
ABC FleetForward provides a flexible, customer-focused solution for ongoing fleet upkeep. With service plans tailored to fleet size, vehicle type, and operational goals, the program combines mobile service, routine inspections, mid-life overhauls, and refurbishments into one coordinated offering.
Program Highlights:
Customized service plans aligned with each operator’s goals.
Integrated services, including mobile support, half-life, and refurbishments.
Dedicated account support for simplified coordination.
Transparent pricing and performance reporting for more thoughtful planning and cost control.
The first step is a discovery call to understand the operator’s goals, followed by a fleet assessment to evaluate the specifics of their vehicles and determine what it will take to achieve those objectives.
The process enables ABC to design a tailored maintenance program centered on measurable outcomes, including reducing downtime, extending vehicle life, and enhancing overall fleet efficiency. The result is a formal, data-driven report that provides valuable insights before any commitment is made.
“Fleet managers should not have to act as mechanics, schedulers, and vendor coordinators all at once,” Kelly added. “This is a consultative, partner-based approach. We work side by side with our customers to design a program that fits their operation.”
