ABC delivers CX45s to Mich., Md.
The new coaches are equipped with Cummins ISX engines coupled to Allison B500G5 transmissions and offer Van Hool standard safety features, including back up camera, lane departure system, Kidde fire suppression and daytime running lights.
Lansing, Mich.-based Dean Trailways recently purchased four new Van Hool CX45s from ABC Companies.
The new coaches are equipped with Cummins ISX engines coupled to Allison B500G5 transmissions and have three-point seat belts, Alcoa Durabright aluminum wheels, REI Deluxe entertainment systems, wood grain flooring, 28-110-volt outlets, 4G Wi-Fi, and Van Hool's unique passenger rear window. Two of the coaches have contoured parcel racks with six 23-inch video monitors, while the other two have enclosed racks.
All four offer Van Hool standard safety features including back up camera, lane departure system, Kidde fire suppression, daytime running lights, curbside perimeter lighting and static aiming lights.
ABC also announced it delivered a new ADA-equipped, 56-passenger CX45 to A P Express Bus Co. of Hyattsville, Md.
