Motor Coach Industries (MCI) announced the delivery of the J4500 coach to Sunset Luxury Limousine.

Sunset Luxury Limousine has provided professional limousine service across the Denver Metropolitan area for nearly 35 years.
The addition of the five new MCI coaches within the last eight months demonstrates Sunset Luxury Limousine’s commitment to providing luxury transportation solutions.
The new service is provided in partnership with WeDRT, who will manage the 10 dedicated vehicles in addition to deploying non-dedicated vehicles in periods of high demand.

TRC Celebrates Launch of On-Demand Shared Transport Service
The Routing Company (TRC) celebrated the launch of the East Sussex County Council’s (ESCC) “flexibus” services powered by TRC’s Pingo platform and funded by the Department of Transport (DfT).
ESCC is the local authority serving the non-metropolitan and southern coastal county of East Sussex in the UK.
The new flexibus services will serve around 50,000 households in East Sussex that currently have either no or very low public transport provision.

The service, which deploys in ten on-demand transport zones, delivers on a 15-vehicle contract announced by TRC in April 2023. The contract is supported by the DfT’s Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) funding and includes a two-year base agreement with an optional one-year extension, for a total of up to three years of provision.
The most recent 10 transit shelters delivered by Tolar Manufacturing to Lawrence include integrated solar-powered lighting and illumination for the safety and comfort of Lawrence Transit passengers.

Tolar Delivers Bus Shelters to Kansas
Tolar Manufacturing Company has delivered 10 Signature Crescent bus shelters to Lawrence Transit in Kansas, fulfilling its latest contract order, which has totaled 20 new shelters since February 2021.
Purchased by the City of Lawrence, the shelters are located throughout the city’s service area, helping to fulfill the transit agency’s Bus Stop Improvement Program.
Lawrence Transit has 376 bus stops, 17% of which currently have bus shelters.
The newest Tolar-built shelters recently delivered will add 10 additional stops with shelters to the Lawrence Transit service.

LYT’s TSP System Planned For Use In Salem Oregon Intersections
LYT announced it has signed an agreement with the Salem Area Mass Transit District in the city of Salem, Oregon, to implement its Transit Signal Prioritization (TSP) system, LYT.transit, reducing traffic congestion and improving transit flow through 22 signalized intersections.
The Salem Area Mass Transit District, more commonly known as Cherriots, provides fixed-route, paratransit, regional, and rideshare services.
The TSP system will allow buses to communicate with Salem traffic signals and provide optimized green lights for buses running behind schedule.
Salem city and transit agency officials will also gain access to LYT’s Transit Insights Platform where they can gain insights about route performance over time.
The company partners with manufacturers such as Kiel Seating, Camira Fabric, and TSI Video, focusing on areas that directly impact both passenger experience and operational performance.
