MTM Transit Expands Partnership With Denver RTD
MTM Transit announced that the Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD) has selected it to operate a portion of the agency's Access-a-Ride Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit service.

Following a bidding process, RTD chose two vendors to operate the Access-a-Ride service, as well as a third vendor to operate its FlexRide demand response service.
Under the contract, which goes live on July 1 and holds a term of three years plus two one-year options, MTM Transit said it anticipates performing 25% of Access-a-Ride service.
Access-a-Ride is a shared-ride public transportation service for those who are unable to use RTD's fixed-route bus and light-rail services due to a disability or limiting condition that impacts their ability to access the system.
Services are available to eligible passengers in Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties within RTD's ADA coverage area.
Buses will depart Ferrytoll Park & Ride in Fife for Edinburgh Park interchange every 30 minutes.

Alexander Dennis announced that Scottish Transport Minister Kevin Stewart officially launched the CAVForth autonomous bus service across the Forth Road Bridge near Edinburgh.

CAVForth is led by Fusion Processing Ltd in cooperation with project partners Stagecoach, Transport Scotland, Alexander Dennis, Edinburgh Napier University, and Bristol Robotics Laboratory. It is co-funded by the UK Government’s Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.
The project’s fleet of five Alexander Dennis Enviro200AV autonomous buses will operate a scheduled passenger service seven days a week on Stagecoach’s new AB1 route. Buses will depart Ferrytoll Park & Ride in Fife for Edinburgh Park interchange every 30 minutes.
