
SAN FRANCISCO — A disability advocacy group has threatened legal action against San Francisco luxury transit startup Leap if the company does not immediately reinstall wheelchair accessibility features it removed from its buses, SF Gate reported.

The demand letter sent to Leap by the Independent Living Resource Center in San Francisco follows a complaint filed in March with the Department of Justice alleging that the company illegally discriminates against disabled people in violation of the ADA Act by not making its buses accessible to them, according to the report.
