GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — Clay Transit, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization teamed to introduce TransPortal -- an online transportation resource center funded by the Federal Transit Administration, reported the Clay Today.

TransPortal allows riders to plan for a taxi ride — complete with cost estimate — and use bus, rail, or paratransit, where available, to reach their final destination.
