An affiliate of Peak Rock Capital (Peak Rock), a middle-market private equity firm, announced it has sold ProFusion Industries to an investor group led by ProFusion management.

Headquartered in Fairlawn, Ohio with a manufacturing facility in Marietta, Ohio, ProFusion is a manufacturer and provider of transit and industrial flooring, protective linings, specialty films, and customer compounds. The company has a proven history of developing and delivering highly engineered solutions across a wide range of industries.

ProFusion was formerly the industrial products division of the RJF International Corp. Following the successful carve-out of the business in 2014, the company has executed a series of transformational initiatives, including substantial operational improvements, development of new product capabilities, and an expansion of the company’s go-to-market strategy.
