Roger Prince joins HNTB as a project director and associate vice president.

HNTB plays a major role in much of the region’s infrastructure programs. Recently, the firm acted as construction manager for renewal and rehabilitation for New York City Transit. It has also managed and led many other major construction renewals.
Prince brings more than 33 years’ experience with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He served as deputy director for operations and capital delivery in the Tunnel, bridges, and terminals department. He also served as senior program manager for the Terminal B modernization at the Newark Liberty International Airport.
He has managed the George Washington Bridge and bus station, Lincoln and Holland tunnels, Bayonne and Goethals bridges, Outerbridge crossing and the Port Authority Bus Terminal – while also being responsible for more than 800 people.
Prince is a certified professional by the Design-Build Institute of America and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers as well as the Project Management Institute.
