New VP joins STV, Transportation & Infrastructure division
Paul McIlree, P.E., will oversee the firm’s business plan for design-build and public-private partnership initiatives.
Paul McIlree, P.E., has joined STV as vice president of the firm’s Transportation & Infrastructure Division. McIlree is a designer and project manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the management, coordination, and design of transportation infrastructure projects. McIlree will oversee the firm’s business plan for design-build and public-private partnership (P3) initiatives. Based in Florida, he reports directly to Brian Flaherty, who is STV's senior vice president and head of the Transportation & Infrastructure Division’s design-build practice.
Over the past 10 years, McIlree has specialized in the delivery of design-build and P3 projects. His experience also includes the design and project management of a number of major highway, bridge and airfield projects located in the southeastern U.S., as well as Missouri and Maine. In his new role at STV, McIlree will be responsible for project execution and quality control for the firm’s design-build and P3 projects.
McIlree earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University, and is a licensed professional engineer in Florida.
