SARASOTA, Fla. — A Sarasota County bus driver was caught allegedly trying to pick up a prostitute while he was on the job, WFLA.com reported.
Last Thursday morning, 43-year-old Rodrigue Macharie, was on-duty driving a Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) paratransit bus when police say he drove his bus to North Tamiami Trail and flagged down who he thought was a prostitute, but was an undercover police officer, according to the report.
An internal investigation is underway, according the county officials.
