Third Generation Joins Dan Dipert Coaches Leadership Team

Dan Dipert Coaches appointed Cade Muldrow as GM, marking a new chapter for the Arlington, Texas-based, family-owned company as it builds on more than 54 years of service to charter, tour, and group-travel customers.

Muldrow joins Dan Dipert Coaches after building his career in sales leadership at Milwaukee Tool/Techtronic Industries, where he advanced through multiple leadership roles and most recently served as regional sales manager over a $40 million territory, leading 13 sales representatives. He also worked with the National Accounts team, gaining experience with strategic customers, and developed a reputation for coaching teams, driving growth, and bringing strong attention to detail.

Muldrow is also part of the Dipert family, as the husband of Zoe Dipert-Muldrow, granddaughter of founder Dan Dipert. Company officials said his appointment reflects both a strong leadership background and a personal commitment to the company’s legacy and future. 

In his new role, Muldrow will lead day-to-day operations and customer relationships while supporting the company’s long-standing emphasis on service, reliability, and community connection.

Keolis Names New VP/GM for Valley Metro Operations

Keolis North America (Keolis) announced the appointment of Antoine Lequeux as VP/GM of Keolis’ Valley Metro operations in the East Valley, including Tempe and Mesa, Arizona.

Lequeux, who succeeds Paul D’Alessio, most recently served as GM of the Keolis subsidiary in Orléans, France, for the TAO public transportation network.

In his new capacity, Lequeux will oversee operations and maintenance of Valley Metro’s fixed-route bus services across the region, while focusing on safety, operational excellence, employee engagement, customer experience, and collaboration with Valley Metro and the communities Keolis serves.

Wabtec VP, Sales Retires

After 37 years of dedicated service at Wabtec, John Condon, VP, Sales for the Bus Business, will retire at the end of December.

Wabtec said Condon played a significant role in the business's growth and success throughout his career. His customer-focused leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence strengthened our position in the North American transit bus market and helped build lasting customer partnerships.

He also helped develop a highly capable sales and field service organization, laying the foundation for continued success through a deep understanding of customer needs and a focus on delivering meaningful solutions.

The company also announced that Justin Millikan has been named VP, Sales and Marketing, North America, for Wabtec Bus Solutions.

With more than 25 years of transit industry experience and nearly 14 years at Wabtec, Millikan has helped strengthen the company’s position in the North American transit bus market, Wabtec said.

In his new role, he will lead Wabtec’s sales & service, customer service & pricing, business development, and marketing functions, helping further align these teams to support our customers and future growth.

STV Names David Costello to Rail and Transit Leadership Role

STV announced that David Costello has joined the firm as a VP and program manager in its Transportation North operating group.

In his new role, Costello will support transportation clients throughout the Northeast and help advance delivery of major transportation infrastructure programs.

Costello brings more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale transit and rail technology programs across North America. Throughout his career, he has overseen complex transportation initiatives involving communications-based train control systems, fare collection modernization programs, rail communications infrastructure, and enterprise program management operations.

Previously, Costello directed large transit technology portfolios, managed multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs, led multidisciplinary teams, and helped drive AI-enabled initiatives designed to improve customer service and organizational knowledge management. He has also established and led project management office functions that oversee approximately $1 billion in active transportation projects.

Salesforce Co-founder Dave Moellenhoff Joins SilverRide Board

SilverRide Inc. announced the appointment of Dave Moellenhoff, co-founder and former chief technology officer of  Salesforce, to SilverRide’s board.

Moellenhoff co-founded Salesforce in 1999 and served as chief technology officer and principal architect through 2009, helping pioneer the software-as-a-service model that grew the company into one of the world’s most valuable enterprises.

The appointment extends SilverRide’s investment in technology leadership. It follows the company’s recent appointment of Sooketoo Bhuta as chief product & technology officer to lead its product, data, and AI strategy. It signals a board-level commitment to building the technology platform behind assisted transportation at scale.

Moellenhoff adds perspective on software platform architecture, scalable infrastructure, contract execution, and operating discipline to that effort, said SilverRide.

Texas Transit Association Names New President

Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) CEO Derrick Majchszak has been elected as president of the Texas Transit Association (TTA).

Majchszak was elected during the TTA board of directors retreat and meeting in August. He most recently served as TTA president-elect. His election positions him as a leader for public transportation agencies and professionals across Texas.

Majchszak has served as CEO at CCRTA since 2023 and has more than twenty years of public transit industry leadership experience. CCRTA provides public transportation services throughout 10-plus communities across 846 sq. miles.

Buchanan Named HNTB’s Transit and Rail Market Sector Leader

Henrika Buchanan has been named HNTB’s transit and rail market sector leader.

With more than 27 years of transportation leadership experience, Buchanan will guide the firm’s strategy, growth, and service for transit and rail clients, collaborating with division, office, and practice leaders across the firm to align capabilities, support client priorities, and advance HNTB’s commitment to delivering integrated solutions across the full spectrum of transit and rail infrastructure.

Before joining HNTB in 2021, Buchanan served in several senior leadership positions within the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), including associate administrator for transit safety and oversight and chief safety officer. During her federal service, she helped lead national transit safety, capital investment, and program oversight initiatives while overseeing major federal funding and recovery programs.

 Since joining HNTB, Buchanan has played a key role in building on the firm’s longstanding leadership in the transit and rail industry, providing strategic counsel to clients and supporting a variety of complex transportation programs.
