In addition to increased frequency on existing routes, new routes will connect Atlanta to Jacksonville, Fla., and Memphis, Tenn., to Dallas expanding the company’s Express network to more than 1,000 potential direct-service intercity pairs available in more than 100 markets in North America.

Following are the new Greyhound Express routes, starting Oct. 8:

• Memphis – Little Rock – Texarkana – Dallas, with one daily round trip and increased frequency on the weekends

• Chicago – Memphis, with two daily round trips and increased frequency on the weekends

• Atlanta – Jacksonville, with two round trips Friday through Sunday

• Miami – West Palm Beach – Jacksonville, with two daily round trips

Greyhound Express already operates between Miami and Jacksonville with four daily round trips via Orlando, so the additional trips on this city pair gives Express customers even more options for faster travel within the state of Florida and beyond.

“We are proud to maintain our distinction as having the largest network of premium, express service as we continue to respond to growing demand for Greyhound Express,” said Dave Leach, president/CEO, Greyhound. “This latest expansion of Greyhound Express gives our customers in the Midwest and Southeast regions even more destination options while providing a safe, comfortable and affordable ride with premium amenities.”

Greyhound Express operates modern, environmentally friendly buses equipped with features such as free Wi-Fi, power outlets, leather seats, reserved seating, extra legroom, wheelchair lifts and on-board restrooms. Customers can buy their Express ticket online to take advantage of discount pricing, print their ticket at home or pick it up at a self-service ticketing kiosk. Additionally, Express customers can relax in private waiting areas, protected from the elements in a secure environment, with a dedicated guest services specialist to provide an extra level of customer assistance.
