Astria Elevate Acquires Entro

Entro Communications, a leading experiential design firm specializing in placemaking and wayfinding, has been acquired by Astria Elevate, an investment firm known for scaling founder-led and family-owned businesses through strategic and operational excellence.

Founded in 1990 by Wayne McCutcheon and Andrew Kuzyk in Toronto, Entro has built an award-winning portfolio spanning airports, transit systems, healthcare facilities, corporations, and sports venues. Notable projects include Singapore’s Changi Airport (ranked the world’s best by Skytrax), Scotiabank Arena (home to the Toronto Raptors and Maple Leafs), and SEPTA.

To lead this next phase, Entro has appointed veteran CEO John Campanella, who previously led branding agency 160over90 to a $250 million acquisition by Endeavor (now WME Group). Entro’s 100 employees across Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, and New York will report to Campanella, while founders McCutcheon and Kuzyk will remain as strategic advisors to support growth and a smooth transition.
