Three companies invest $150M in Clean Energy

MBTA to launch fed-funded wind turbines

Constructing the first of two turbines, one of which will be funded by a federal grant. The first turbine will generate enough power to cover 65 percent of Kingston Station’s electricity. The second will power a rail station and generate surplus electricity for the agency to sell.
