ABC Companies recently finalized an agreement with Hudson Body Co. of Jersey City, N.J., to acquire the business.
A full-service body repair facility, Hudson Body provides quality service to many transportation companies and manufacturers through the U.S. and Canada and specializes in truck and bus body repairs. The facility will continue to operate under the Hudson Body name, dba ABC Companies.
With over 60 years in the transportation service market, Hudson Body Co. has been family owned and operated since 1947. Equipped with nine bays, paint booths and portable lifts, Hudson Body serves operators of small, medium and large fleets, delivering a wide range of services, including bus and body repairs, general repairs and services, major and minor collision repairs, and manufacturer warranty repairs.
Centrally located in the tri-state area, the newly-acquired facility offers unique convenience to customers in the New York metro area and surrounding region.
Future plans are in development for an extensive renovation of the existing facility to expand service and parts operations.
