METRO Magazine has opened submissions for its 2026 Motorcoach Awards, inviting nominations for Operator of the Year and Innovative Operator of the Year.

The annual awards recognize motorcoach operators for their accomplishments, leadership, and contributions to the industry, while highlighting companies finding new ways to improve operations and serve customers.

Two Awards, One Submission Process

METRO’s Operator of the Year award award recognizes a motorcoach operator for its overall achievements and commitment to the industry.

Nominations can highlight accomplishments across areas such as operations, safety, customer service, workforce development, business growth, and community or industry involvement.

Meanwhile, the Innovative Operator of the Year award recognizes a motorcoach operator that has introduced new approaches, technologies, services, or business practices to address challenges and improve its operations.

Submissions can highlight initiatives involving technology, fleet management, customer experience, sustainability, workforce development, new service models, or other operational improvements.

Motorcoach industry professionals are encouraged to nominate operators whose accomplishments demonstrate leadership or innovation during the past year.

After the nomination period closes, METRO Magazine will review submissions and select this year’s Operator of the Year and Innovative Operator of the Year for recognition.
