BusCon Expo is expanding its educational offerings on Monday, September 9, with two Motorcoach and Transit Seminars geared toward both public and private operators.

  • Know Your Customers: Who Are the New Bus Riders?

DePaul University has been at the forefront of studying recent growth in intercity bus. Not only has intercity bus travel made a remarkable comeback — growth potential remains high. Who are these new bus riders and why has interest in bus travel increased in recent years? Perhaps more importantly, what does all this mean for the future of intercity, scheduled service and charter bus industries?
