Carl R. Bieber Jr., the former owner of Carl R. Bieber Tourways, died Friday, June 10. He was 62. In 1976, Bieber became president of the Kutztown, Pa.-based company, which was started by his father in 1946. In 2001, Bieber sold the company to Steven Haddad, the former general manager, who kept the company's original name. He is survived by his wife, son and daughter and two sisters.
