CUSA Raz LLC, a subsidiary of motorcoach operator CUSA LLC, has announced plans to acquire the assets of Raz Transportation Co. in Portland, Ore.
Raz, the largest motorcoach operator in Oregon, also operates under the name GrayLine of Portland.

CUSA Raz LLC, a subsidiary of motorcoach operator CUSA LLC, has announced plans to acquire the assets of Raz Transportation Co. in Portland, Ore.
Raz, the largest motorcoach operator in Oregon, also operates under the name GrayLine of Portland.
The acquisition, expected to close within the next few weeks, gives CUSA its first operation in Oregon. CUSA also operates as Coach USA.
Raz will continue to operate with the Raz and GrayLine of Portland brand names, and its current employees will have the option of staying with the new company.
