Forest River returns to BusCon 2018 as Platinum Sponsor
The company will mark its return with a nearly 7,000 square-foot booth, showcasing a range of vehicles suitable for a variety of public and private sector transportation providers.
BusCon, North America’s “Biggest Bus Show,” announced today that Forest River and its six bus brands — Battisti Customs, Berkshire Coach, Elkhart Coach, Glaval Bus, Starcraft Bus, and StarTrans Bus — will return to Indianapolis for BusCon 2018, which will be held at the Indiana Convention Center Oct. 1 to 3.

This year’s show will include all of the latest vehicles and technology on the market today, more top-notch educational programs, and the return of the Transit Maintenance Forum. The region’s fixed-route system finished out the year with a total of 373.5 million rides. Adding 12.3 million rides over 2024 represents an increase that is equal to the annual transit ridership of Kansas City.
Rolling out in electric yellow and seafoam blue, the first battery-electric buses purchased from GILLIG will begin serving riders in south King County on February 2.
