GCRTA exercises $29.9 million NABI option
NABI will deliver 47 buses in 2005 and 45 more in 2006.
The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) exercised an option for 92 40-foot buses from North American Bus Industries (NABI).
NABI will deliver the clean-diesel buses over the next two years for a total contract value of $29.9 million.
NABI officials said that the company has delivered 225 model 40-LFW buses to the GCRTA in the past three years.
NABI will deliver 47 low-floor 40-foot buses in late 2005 and another 45 buses in 2006.
